Fruits have a number of health benefits when eaten but are also just as beneficial when applied directly on your skin. For example, peaches are delicious to eat but can also be used as an important ingredient in natural skincare. Peaches contain high levels of important vitamins such A, E, C and have a number of skin-rejuvenating properties. You can use them to moisturize, exfoliate and cleanse your skin effectively, leaving it soft, supple and glowing. When using peaches directly on your skin, make sure the fruit is soft so that you can mash it easily and don’t forget to remove the pits. If not, you can boil it in water to soften it before mashing. Here’s 3 of our favourite DIY face masks using peach as the main ingredient.
