Raw milk can be used directly on one’s skin to soften, moisturize, exfoliate, lighten spots, soothe and nourish, leaving you with healthy, glowing and utterly soft skin. 1. For utterly soft & smooth skin
A mixture of milk and almond paste can help soften skin, unclog pores and lighten dark spots. Leave 6-7 almonds to soak in a bowl of milk overnight. The next day, grind the almonds and make it into a paste with the milk. Gently apply the paste to your skin and leave it on for 30-40 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Repeat this 3-4 times a week to achieve best results.

2. For a fresh and radiant look
This one’s a great remedy for those with oilier skin. Make a paste using ¼ cup of raw milk, a small pinch of turmeric and 2 tbsp gram flour or ‘besan’. Gently rub it on your face in a circular motion and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off well as turmeric can leave behind a yellow tinge. These ingredients also work together to combat acne, leaving your skin clean, fresh and beautiful.

3. For clear, bright and gorgeous skin
Papaya contains active enzymes that are very beneficial for your skin. Blend together 1 large piece of papaya, ¼ cup milk and 1 tbsp honey until it forms a smooth yet thick paste. Apply this paste all over your face and neck and leave it to dry. Wash it off after 20 minutes. Apply this face mask 2-3 times a week and you’ll see a noticeable difference
